01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing Relief Giveaways or submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the rules displayed for the campaign you select. If you do not agree, do not submit an entry.

02

Platform purpose

The platform publishes giveaway campaigns, accepts participant submissions, supports manual review, issues tickets after approval, and publishes campaign draw information. It does not guarantee that any submission will be approved or win.

03

Information accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete identity, contact, country, and payment-reference information. You are responsible for correcting errors before submission where the interface permits.

04

Campaign-specific terms

Each campaign page may specify its award, fee, currency, registration deadline, draw date, winner count, payment destinations, and other conditions. Those campaign-specific details form part of these terms and may take precedence for that campaign, subject to legal review.

05

Entry payments

Paid campaigns require the displayed entry amount to be sent using an active destination shown for that campaign. A payment transfer alone does not create an approved entry or active ticket.

06

Manual payment verification

Payment references and submitted information may be reviewed manually. The platform may request further information where a reference cannot be matched or appears incomplete. Do not describe a payment as verified until approval is confirmed.

07

Entry approval and ticket issuance

Submitting the form creates a pending entry only. A ticket is issued after administrator approval. Only approved, active tickets are included in the relevant campaign draw pool.

08

Rejected or invalid entries

An entry may be rejected where required information is missing, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, inconsistent with campaign conditions, or unsupported by a valid payment reference.

09

Refunds and reversals

Refund eligibility, processing, deductions, and timing must follow [REFUND POLICY DETAILS]. This placeholder requires business and legal review. Chargebacks or payment reversals may invalidate an entry or ticket.

10

Prohibited conduct

You must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate campaign records, impersonate another person, automate abusive submissions, or use the service unlawfully.

11

Fraud, abuse, duplicates, and chargebacks

The organiser may investigate suspected fraud, abusive duplicate submissions, false references, coordinated manipulation, or chargebacks and may suspend or reject affected entries subject to applicable law.

12

Draws and winner selection

Draw timing and winner count are campaign-specific. Selection is limited to eligible approved tickets using the configured draw process. The platform does not represent that a draw is independently audited.

13

Prize fulfilment

Potential winners may need to complete identity and eligibility checks before fulfilment. Delivery method, timing, documentation, and acceptance requirements should be stated by the organiser for each campaign.

14

Taxes and legal obligations

Participants and winners are responsible for determining taxes, reporting duties, permits, and other obligations that may apply in their location. The organiser should obtain jurisdiction-specific advice.

15

Campaign changes, postponement, or cancellation

A campaign may be changed, postponed, suspended, or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of legal, operational, security, payment, or technical issues. The applicable notice and remedy must be reviewed under local law.

16

Service availability

The platform may experience maintenance, outages, delayed communications, or third-party service interruptions. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised.

17

Intellectual property

Platform branding, interface elements, and original content may be protected by intellectual-property rights owned or licensed by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. No ownership rights are transferred to participants.

18

Third-party services

The platform may depend on hosting, authentication, database, communications, analytics, and payment-related providers. Their separate terms and availability may affect the service.

19

Limitation of liability — legal review required

Any limitation or exclusion of liability must be drafted for the governing jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules. [INSERT COUNSEL-APPROVED LIMITATION OF LIABILITY].

20

Indemnity — legal review required

Any indemnity must be reviewed for fairness and enforceability. [INSERT COUNSEL-APPROVED INDEMNITY LANGUAGE].

21

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are intended to be governed by [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22

Changes to these terms

Updated terms may be published when platform practices or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated in a manner appropriate to the affected users and campaigns.
