Sponsor or organiser

Each giveaway is organised by [SPONSOR / ORGANISER LEGAL NAME] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], unless the campaign page identifies another organiser.

02

Eligibility

Participation is limited to persons who satisfy the campaign page, these rules, and all applicable local requirements. Employees, contractors, or connected persons may be excluded where stated or legally required.

03

Minimum age

Participants must be at least [MINIMUM ENTRY AGE] and legally able to participate where they reside.

04

Eligible and excluded countries

Eligible and excluded locations must be stated for each campaign. A participant is responsible for confirming that participation and receipt of an award are lawful in their country.

05

Campaign period

The campaign opens and closes according to its published dates. Entries outside the campaign period may be rejected.

06

Registration deadline

The displayed registration deadline controls when new submissions close, subject to any lawful postponement or update announced for the campaign.

07

Entry fee

The campaign page states the fee and currency, if any. The participant must use the displayed amount and an active payment destination.

08

Free-entry campaigns

Where the entry fee is zero, no payment reference or destination is required, but all other eligibility, accuracy, approval, and conduct requirements continue to apply.

09

Payment completion

A paid submission must include the requested reference. Payment submission alone is not proof of approval and does not immediately create an active ticket.

10

Manual entry verification

Administrators may manually compare the submission, selected destination, amount, reference, and campaign requirements. Review may result in approval, rejection, or a request for clarification.

11

When a ticket becomes active

Submitting a form creates a pending entry only. A ticket is issued only after administrator approval. Only approved active tickets enter the campaign draw pool.

12

Duplicate entries

Multiple entries are permitted only if the campaign allows them and each satisfies its requirements. Automated, abusive, or unintentionally duplicated submissions may be rejected.

13

Incorrect or fraudulent references

Incorrect, reused, reversed, fabricated, or unverifiable payment references may cause rejection or disqualification.

14

Approved ticket pool

The eligible pool consists only of active, approved, non-winning tickets assigned to that specific campaign. Tickets from other campaigns are excluded.

15

Winner count

The campaign page states the configured number of winner spots. The organiser must review any change to that number before the draw.

16

Draw date and time

The campaign page provides the planned draw date. The organiser should specify the applicable time and time zone where necessary.

17

Winner-selection process

The platform selects from the configured eligible ticket pool using its draw process. No claim of independent auditing is made. Campaign-specific selection settings apply where displayed.

18

Public draw room

A campaign may provide a public draw page showing its countdown, status, limited metrics, and confirmed result. Technical availability is not guaranteed.

19

Winner notification

A potential winner may be contacted using submitted contact details. The method and response period must be confirmed by the organiser; notification is not guaranteed by this template.

20

Identity verification

Before fulfilment, a potential winner may be required to verify identity, age, location, eligibility, and ownership of the winning entry.

21

Prize acceptance

The organiser should provide the acceptance process, deadline, documentation, and consequences of non-response or refusal.

22

Prize substitution

Any right to substitute an award must be described by [PRIZE SUBSTITUTION TERMS] and reviewed under applicable consumer and promotion law.

23

Taxes, fees, and local restrictions

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes, reporting, transfer fees, permits, and local restrictions unless the campaign expressly states otherwise.

24

Disqualification

An entry or participant may be disqualified for ineligibility, fraud, abuse, interference, false information, prohibited conduct, payment reversal, or material violation of these rules.

25

Technical failures

The organiser may address submissions affected by outages, corrupted records, communications failures, or other technical issues in a reasonable and legally compliant manner.

26

Campaign postponement or cancellation

A campaign may be postponed, suspended, or cancelled for legal, security, payment, operational, or technical reasons. Required notice, refunds, or alternatives must follow the reviewed campaign policy and applicable law.

27

Public winner display

Confirmed results may display limited information such as participant name, country, ticket number, award, and selection record. Contact and payment-reference information must not be publicly displayed.

28

Bank and crypto destination responsibility

Participants must choose the correct displayed bank destination, asset, and crypto network. Crypto transfers sent through an incorrect network may be unrecoverable. The organiser cannot treat an incompatible transfer as an approved entry without successful verification.

29

Disputes

Questions or disputes should first be sent to [SUPPORT / DISPUTE EMAIL]. Any mandatory complaint, mediation, arbitration, or court process requires legal review.

30

Governing law

These rules are intended to be governed by [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], subject to non-waivable participant rights.

31

Contact

Organiser: [SPONSOR / ORGANISER LEGAL NAME]. Address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Replace all placeholders before production use. Campaign-specific prize, fee, deadline, winner count, and eligibility information shown on the campaign page forms part of these rules and takes precedence where appropriate, subject to legal review.

Business-specific placeholders must be completed and reviewed before this document is used in production.
